Goal
In the nonprofit world, software purchase decisions are often subject to approval by the nonprofit's board. Our goal was to get the attention and trust of both the nonprofit executives and the board members they work with.
Resource
We built a downloadable PDF and packaged it with an intimate, high-quality video conversation between Funraise's CEO and an exceptional nonprofit board consultant. The resource was marketed as a white paper and actionable BTS board consultation.
Result
Due to the multi-pronged content approach and the very custom, intimate quality of the content build, nonprofit executives responded positively. The workbook and video have served as a conversation starter with hundreds of high-level nonprofit decision-makers.
Annual Report Manual
Goal
The yearly task to create an annual report (sometimes called an impact report) can be really difficult for many nonprofit fundraisers - they're great at building relationships. Data analytics, graphic design, copywriting... not so much.
Our goal was to deliver leads interested in Funraise's Fundraising Intelligence feature to Sales.
Resource
We created an eye-catching soup-to-nuts downloadable manual explaining how nonprofits can use Funraise technology to build an impactful annual report.
Result
The Must-Have Annual Report Manual is one of Funraise's most successful resources, with over 7,000 downloads. We run it at the beginning of each quarter to pull in nonprofits with off-calendar fiscal schedules.
10-Day Email Course
Goal
Anyone who's tried to coordinate an event knows that the work never ends. Our goal was to attract leads interested in Funraise's Events and Ticketing feature.
Resource
A lead in need of an event how-to course also needs event software. We built an email course that delivered one step per day for 10 days, with each email highlighting benefits of Funraise's Events and Ticketing feature.
Result
Not only did Funraise pull in X leads with the Event Strategy Course, we increased our engaged email list by 10%. Plus, since the email course is interactive rather than a static PDF, we saw 37% engagement after the initial signup.
